What event is Angel Central hosting for Christmas 2025?
This year, we are hosting a magical Christmas Grotto where little and big elves alike meet Santa, share their Christmas wishes, and take home a special gift. Create magical memories together at Santa’s very first stop this Christmas.
When does Angel Central’s Grotto open?
Angel Central’s Christmas Grotto opens on November 14th from 11am-5pm and will be open throughout November and December.
When does Angel Central’s Grotto close?
Angel Central’s Christmas Grotto will close at 4pm on the 24th December.
Will my child get to meet Santa?
Yes, each family group will have an individual meet and greet with Santa.
What age is Angel Central’s Grotto suitable for?
Angel Central’s Christmas Grotto is suitable for children aged 2 year 12 years, but fun for all! Babes in arms under the age of 2 do not require a paid ticket and will be able to have a photo with Santa alongside their paying siblings; however, they will not receive a gift.
How much will each ticket cost?
Tickets for our Christmas Grotto can be purchased for £10, via this link. A small transaction fee will be applied.
Do I need to book a ticket for accompanying adults too?
Accompanying adults will not need a valid ticket to enter the experience. There is a maximum of 2 x accompanying adults per paying child.
How long does each session last?
Each bookable slot is 15 minutes long, within this time frame each child will get three minutes with Santa.
Are there any dedicated inclusive session available?
Yes, our SEND sessions are available for families who prefer a quieter, calmer environment, taking place every Sunday at 11am.
Why should I book in advance?
This is a ticketed event, so we recommend that you pre-book your ticket to avoid disappointment. Walk-ins are not available on the day.
Will I receive a ticket once I have booked?
Yes, you will be emailed an e-ticket, you can either print your ticket or show it on your mobile phone on the entrance to the experience.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds will be available with 48 hour’s prior notice to booked slot. Any late cancellations after this time will not be refunded. Late comers or no shows will also not be refunded. Please note, you will not be refunded the booking fee.
When should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the event no earlier than 10 minutes before your pre-booked time slot.
Where is Angel Central’s Christmas Grotto located?
Angel Central’s Christmas Grotto is located on the first floor, on your right as you go up the escalators – it will be hard to miss! Look for the Christmas trees!
Is there access for wheelchairs?
There is full access throughout Angel Central and Santa’s Grotto.
Can we take our own photographs with Santa?
Yes! In fact, we highly encourage it! Please note there will not be professional photography available – so make sure your devices are charged and ready to go!
