FRAME, best known for its feel-good, energetic and fun-filled classes will be launching its 8th studio this week and this time it’s going online. FRAME ONLINE promises to keep the nation moving in a way that makes them feel great by bringing their infamous sweet endorphins home.

At a time when it’s more important than ever to stay moving (and sane!), the platform will be available for all current Framers and frontline workers to enjoy for FREE, with new members able to join for £10.99 per month.

Frame are in awe of the amazing frontline workers who are working tirelessly keeping the nation safe. They want to do all they can to support these heroes who will need energising and bolstering. Which is why this platform will be available to them at no cost.

Variety is the spice of life and FRAME ONLINE is your spice rack. The platform will have 3 genres of workout with a class to suit every mood. SWEAT, SCULPT and PARTY, made up of 18 classes transporting users from their home straight into the FRAME studio with a series of high-quality workout videos. Bringing all of your favourite instructors straight to your screens, choose from much-loved classes including Dance Cardio, Frame Rave, 80s Aerobics, Box Fit, Total Body, Ass and Abs, Bend it like Barbie, Mat Pilates, Dynamic Stretch, Barre, HIIT and Strength.

For those looking for extra motivation and more personalised training FRAME will also be offering 1-2-1 private video sessions for people to book time with their expert instructors.

What’s more, digital corporate wellness packages will also be available from early next week for companies to give employees access to the on-demand classes as well as the option of bespoke corporate workshops for all co-workers to join in together, from meditation and sleep workshops to happiness workshops and team dance parties.
