Mend in Public Day stands as a beacon of change in a world inundated with fashion waste 🌍. Throughout the day, the #WeAreAngel community enjoyed free repair & upcycling stations, interactive workshops and inspiring panel discussions in @islington_climate_centre.

Thank you to our partners including @_melwatt, @streetstitching, @_colechi, @craftivists, and the @universityofeastlondon, plus the incredible thought leaders and panelists who joined us on the day.

It`s Earth Day!

#EarthDay is an annual event on 22nd April to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It has become an occasion to mark appreciation of the planet and warn of the unsustainable environmental degradation resulting from human activity.

We have partnered with @uniwestminster to showcase an exhibition that reflects on the theme of Planet vs. Plastics, advocating for widespread awareness on the health risk of plastics.

Check out how we’re supporting Earth Day at Angel Central. Our latest installation is now live in the Piazza, and showcases some of the artworks by students at University of Westminster.
