Free Bookable Kids Workshops- Every Saturday in August
Celebrate the summer this August with free family fun provided by Little Angel Theatre. Join the team every Saturday throughout August where they will be bringing the entertainment to us at Angel Central.
Please note these workshops are aimed at families completing them together. Children will need to be accompanied by an adult for these sessions. We have two sessions for different age groups running on all dates.
LITTLEST ANGELS – SUMMER HOLIDAYS SENSORY STORYSTELLING
Saturday 5th August and 19th August
Suitable for ages 6 months-2 years, with a parent / 10:00-10:45am
Bring your little angels to Angel Central for a gentle and stimulating sensory storytelling session for babies and toddlers and their grownups to tell a story about the joy of summer-time. Get your sunhats and sunglasses on, because we’re all going on a summer holiday! Limited places – booking is necessary.

Suitable for ages 6 months – 2 years, with a parent / 10:00-10:45am
Bring your little angels to Angel Central for a gentle and stimulating sensory storytelling session for babies and toddlers and their grownups to tell a story about going on a camping holiday with your friends. Pack your tent, roll up your sleeping bags and get ready to slumber under the stars – we’re going camping this summer!

ICE-CREAM PUPPETS
Saturday 5th and 19th August
Ideal for children aged 4 to 10 years / 12:00-3:00pm
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice–cream! Summertime wouldn’t be the same without ice lollies and ice cream. Join us in the afternoon where we will be making ice-cream and ice–lolly puppets to take home. Will yours be a Knobbly-Bobbly, a Twister or just Fab?

SUMMER STRAWBERRY PUPPETS
Saturday 12th and 26th August
Ideal for children aged 4 to 10 years / 12:00-3:00pm
In the summer we love nothing more than tucking into a box of strawberries when we watch the Wimbledon tennis finals, or as part of the perfect picnic. Come and make a delicious strawberry puppet to take home. These cute little berries are super sweet-just as a ripe strawberry should be!
